3.2. Consumer Arbitration Notice (§ 36 VSBG):

NihonTale is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Should an individual dispute with a consumer remain unresolved, we will, as required by § 37 VSBG, point to the competent arbitration board in text form. The generally competent body is the Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes, Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, Germany (www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de).

The content, software code, graphic novel artwork, storyline dialogue, voice-over audio recordings, and character designs created by NihonTale (including our mascot and learning coach Yui) on these pages are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization beyond the scope of copyright law requires the prior written consent of NihonTale. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted solely for private, non-commercial language learning use.

5.1. Liability for Content (Haftung für Inhalte):

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general statutory provisions. However, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
